I had an incredible stay with exceptional service at this hotel. The kindness of the staff was remarkable; they made my tour of the city so much easier by suggesting the best transportation options and locations to visit. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to many shops, restaurants, and tourist sites. Furthermore, the hotel's parking facilities were free, and the breakfast was delicious. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were fantastic.

Nothing not to love!

Located in a prime area, this hotel is within close proximity to tourist sites, shops, and restaurants. Visitors can easily access the Shaolin temple from here. Rooms are very spacious and modern with floor, to, glass windows providing great city views. Staff is highly professional and goes above and beyond in assisting guests. the hotel serves a scrumptious breakfast with an extensive variety to choose from. Guests can enjoy the meals from 18th, floor restaurant overlooking the city.

The hotel lacks a swimming pool, which may not be ideal for those traveling with families.

This hotel is a true gem. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the attentive staff and luxurious decor. the rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, with exclusive amenities such as a private Jacuzzi and high-quality toiletries. the restaurant on the top floor offers breathtaking views of the city and serves delicious food. the location is convenient for sightseeing, with several attractions just a short drive away.

The only minor issue I had was with the inconsistent Wi-Fi in my room. the staff promptly addressed the problem and provided me with a solution that worked perfectly.

Stellar customer service, attentive and knowledgeable staff, generous free amenities, excellent hotel facilities, delicious breakfast with wide variety of food choices.

the seafood buffet was impressive and the gym facilities were top-notch. the hotel had a shuttle service that was very convenient and the location was close to the main tourist sites.

The staff was not welcoming to foreigners. They seemed to ignore our requests for information and help.

Spent Christmas in town and this hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was kind and very helpful, always had a smile on their faces. The big Christmas tree in the lobby and the live music on Christmas Eve made it feel very festive. Enjoyed the free shuttle service to the airport, and the complementary bottles of water in our room. The location was great – close to lots of restaurants and shops.

That the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, with not many options for vegetarians. The room was a bit small, but we didn't spend much time in it anyway.
